Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10 am, the settlement has been approved by us are shipped within 10 working days.
Are not considered in these terms of shipments, orders are betting on hold following the review by CM-CIC p@iement and require further verification before validation.
Shipping costs are based on ordered items. They automatically appear in your order summary.

Delivery in France with "Lettre Suivie" by La Poste for small consignments of less than 500g

  • Delivery with tracking number in 24H to 48H (except weekend and holidays) after reception of the payment.

  • The parcel is directly handed in your mailbox of street. The number of follow-up is sent to you the day of the shipping of your order by e-mail at the address which you supplied us.

Additional Information:

  • The Post office presents the package to the indicated address or, if a notice is left to the recipient with the coordinates of the post office where collect the parcel. The recipient then has a period of 15 consecutive days to recover. Beyond this period, the parcel is returned to us. The return of your order you will be charged again. Similarly if the address is not good, and the package comes back we address error, the return you will also be charged.
  • For Switzerland and overseas territories customs fees are paid directly to customs. The customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax and other taxes under the laws of the country receipt of order.

  • FedEx (FedEx International Priority): Express home delivery in 24 to 48 hours (excluding time customs)
    It usually occurs after 1-3 days, the next business day in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean from most countries.
    Your packages reach the main European cities before 10:30 am, generally in 2 working days.

All of our products on the site are in stock in our warehouse in France. They are shipped from the Alpes Maritimes. They are delivered according to the address of your choice as indicated during the order process. It is your responsibility to provide us with exactly all the details necessary for the proper delivery of your order. Incomplete address leading to a new postage will result in a charge of 5 euros per ordered goodies. You will be delivered no later than 10 working days after confirmation of your order.
